Data I collect

• Contact requests. When you submit the contact form I collect your name, email address, company (optional), area of interest and message.
• Technical data. The server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and time of access, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Language preference. A technical cookie (lang) remembers the language you choose. It is not used for tracking.

Purpose and legal basis

Contact data is used only to answer your request and to discuss a possible collaboration (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Personal data is never sold.

Third parties

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. If you contact me via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies. Hosting and automation providers may process data on my behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@sherifabdelkader.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
